Salary
This is a full time, direct hire position. The client company features an attractive benefits package. Salary is expected to range from 70-90k annually, depending upon experience
Position Responsibilities
As our client**s Systems & Database Analyst, You will work with senior management, technical and client teams in order to determine data requirements and best practices for advanced data manipulation, storage and analysis strategies. You will also be responsible for optimizing network operations and establishing IT SOP**s and protocols for future use within the company. This individual will support the critical data upon which the client provides enterprise level software, and eventually will move into Database Implementation, Analysis, and Optimization.
This position has excellent growth potential to become a primary, hands-on IT Guru for the client company.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will take a hands-on approach to all aspects of the client's current technology infrastructure. They will possess the desire to optimize the current system to the client's standards, and have the knowledge to assist in developing the IT Department to accommodate their tremendous growth.
Candidate Profile:
Between 4-8 years real world, industry-experience in systems analysis, engineering, and implementation.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a relevant field, a Master's Degree with a Systems or Database focus would be an added plus.
Successful candidates must be able to work with Exchange, Active Directory, MS Server, and optimize them to run efficiently and effectively for the client's needs.
Must possess excellent command of SQL, SQL Server, Queries, Commands, Tables, and database optimization.
Fundamental or academic knowledge of VB, VB.NET, Sharepoint, IIS, ASP.
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
